Single-window clearance law for industrial projects in Telangana: one application with self-certification, fixed deadlines for state clearances, and deemed approval when a deadline is missed.

Telangana's startup incubator, set up as a public-private partnership between the state, IIIT-H, ISB and NALSAR. Its first phase, the 70,000 sq ft CatalysT building at IIIT-Hyderabad, opened on 5 November 2015. Phase 2 opened on 28 June 2022. Outcome figures are T-Hub's own counts.

Telangana's second ICT policy: twelve focus areas with 2026 targets, including Rs. 3 lakh crore in IT/ITeS exports and 10 lakh direct IT jobs. Its period ended 31 March 2026 and no successor is published.

Five-pillar policy to foster innovation and entrepreneurship, anchored by T-Hub as the nodal agency and operationalised via G.O.Ms.No.10 (25 July 2017). The G.O. puts it in force for five years, so it lapsed about July 2022.

Policy to promote Hyderabad as a major data centre hub, declaring data centre firms an essential service, exempting them from statutory power cuts, and promising dual power grids and a Data Centres Campus.

Ten-year policy to make Telangana a hub for Electric Vehicles and Energy Storage Systems, aiming at $4.0 billion of investment and 120,000 jobs by 2030. It encourages electric public transport but sets no target for it.
